VeritasDrive sells instant digital vehicle reports. Because our reports are digital products delivered immediately upon purchase, our refund policy reflects the nature of instant digital delivery while respecting your consumer rights.

2. Unused Reports

If you have purchased a vehicle report or report pack but have not yet generated or accessed any report, you may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase.

3. Generated or Accessed Reports

Once a vehicle report has been generated, accessed, viewed, or downloaded, the digital service is considered consumed and delivered. Generated or accessed reports are non-refundable.

By generating a report, you acknowledge and consent to the immediate delivery of the digital content and understand that you will lose your right of withdrawal for that specific report.

4. Technical Issues

If there is a technical issue that prevents delivery of a report you have paid for, you may request either a replacement report or a full refund. Please contact us with details of the issue.

5. How to Request a Refund

Email support@veritasdrive.com with your account email, order reference, and reason for your request. Refunds are typically processed within 5-10 business days to the original payment method.

6. Your Statutory Rights

Nothing in this Refund Policy affects your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable UK or EU consumer protection law.
